At 8pm every Thursday, Forest Road and the rest of the nation applauds our Key Workers for all of their hard work. Here at Omega Elifar we love to see all the videos of the country coming together with their neighbours to clap and cheer for those who are putting their own health at risk to ensure the safety of others. We have been doing the same in all our homes.  You can also see some of our postings on Facebook.

Omega Elifar would like to say a big thank to everyone for their continued support to the Service Users in our homes during these unprecedented times.  We have had some lovely letters, cards and support packages from friends, family, staff and well wishers. This gives such a boost to our Service Users and staff.

We recently had a lovely group of ladies come in to demonstrate their Belly Dancing.  Of course, we all had to join in!

We are displaying our very own art exhibition in The Activity Hub at the moment.  One of our residents, Janie Lysbeth is a very talented artist and has generously agreed for us to show her artwork which is being greatly admired by residents and visitors.  The pictures above are just of few of the ones on display. It is also for sale, so if you see anything you like, get in touch!

FEBRUARY 2020

A new aquarobics club has started on Thursdays by request of our residents.  Our hydrotherapy pool is certainly put to good use during the week by residents from all our homes.  It is a valuable resource in strengthening muscles, tendons and postures as well as improving health, well-being and quality of life.
